Wedding Cape - Bridal Drape Cape Veil - Beautiful blue tulle with blue pearl details

The cape attaches onto your dress straps with small clips under each end. This veil has a raw edge and the hem is cut to a semi circle. The tulle has a gorgeous drape giving it a floaty feel.
